Terms of access

Licence
A purchase grants one named customer a personal, non-transferable licence to use Educlex CAT Premium for 90 days from the purchase date on up to two devices. Licence keys, accounts, downloads and question content must not be shared, resold, republished or uploaded elsewhere.
Educational scope
Educlex is an independent educational simulation. It is not affiliated with NCSBN or Pearson VUE, does not contain live or recalled examination items, and cannot guarantee an examination result, registration outcome or employment outcome.
Acceptable use
Customers must not bypass access controls, automate extraction, scrape the question bank, interfere with the service, or use the content to create competing commercial products. Access may be suspended for misuse, chargeback, refund, fraud or material breach of these terms.
Availability
Reasonable efforts are made to keep the service available. Maintenance, external service interruptions and circumstances beyond Educlex’s control may temporarily affect access. Any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
